How We Pack and Crate Your Motorcycle For Export

We are passionate in ensuring your pride and joy gets shipped overseas by the safest routes and that it is professionally packed for the rigours of container shipping.

Below are some of our recent shipments, from Harleys, Ducati’s, and Goldwings to Yamahas, BMWs, Kawasakis and some cracking classic motorcycles like Enfield and most recently a stunning £85K Vincent Black Shadow.

Each shipment has its own story, and its own bespoke hand built crate made to the best specifications for exporting overseas.

Bikes are carefully loaded to a timber machine base platform with a 4" x 1" frame and 10mm ply timber sides. Each bike is then chocked in place to stop movement in transit and is further braced across the length of your bike with 2" x 4" timber lengths with protective foam to ensure no lateral movement.

The crate is further strengthened by cross and lateral braces in 2" x 4" timber lengths. These timbers are secured to the sides with timber hex screws and all panels are secured by 4" hex bolts.

This bad boy ensures the highest safety and security of your bike when it's time to say "bon voyage, see you on the other side!"
